• 2+ years of experience in GIS technologies and software testing or software development within an engineering environment.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and test automation for UI and/or web services.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience automating workflows through scripting.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Passion for building and delivering high-quality software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, Geography, or a related field.

• Plan, design, test, and release components within the ArcGIS Online platform across AWS, Azure, and VMware infrastructure.
• Contribute to implementation design, backend API quality assurance, and improvements to cloud-based software update processes.
• Assist in the design, testing, and validation of security features that enhance ArcGIS Online.
• Perform functional and workflow-driven testing, including both manual and automated testing, to ensure product quality and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and triage customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate solutions into the platform.
• Create and share technical content through help documentation, blog posts, tutorials, conference presentations, and sample workflows.
