Job description

Join the ArcGIS Knowledge team to develop graph and semantic capabilities in Web GIS, aiding customers in modeling real-world systems and discovering patterns in both spatial and nonspatial data. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and customers to create graph analysis tools that address real-world challenges. You will leverage your expertise in graph databases and semantic models to enhance GeoAI workflows. If you have a passion for combining complex data with spatial analysis, this position is for you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience using an application development language, such as C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, and/or Python.
  • Proven experience in software testing.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS and online services, or other GIS products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and tasks as needed in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, GIS, data science, network science, mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Work with users and industry experts to identify requirements and workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define, validate, release, and maintain ArcGIS capabilities across the product lifecycle.
  • Build and test ArcGIS Enterprise and Web GIS functionality for graph databases and graph analytics.
  • Contribute to the design and testing of capabilities that combine graph, semantic, and spatial data to power agents, assistants, and GeoAI workflows.
  • Assess product quality and release readiness throughout the development process.
  • Continue learning and growing while contributing to valuable capabilities for customers.
