Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience working with ArcGIS applications or other GIS technology
- Experience working with ArcGIS technologies or REST APIs
- Experience working with web services and APIs, including RESTful services
- Advanced communication and storytelling skillsets
- Intermediate project management skillsets
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of cloud-native web service architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Science, or another related field
Responsibilities
- Work with customers, leadership, and the development team to identify requirements and translate them into functional user stories.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards to evaluate service usage.
- Maintain a Product Backlog of user stories and defects.
- Organize and communicate development and release plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product engineering writers and product management to publish best practices.
- Validate and triage enhancement and defect requests in collaboration with Esri Support Services.
