We are looking for a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to enhance and scale our Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementation. This role emphasizes data collection architecture, platform optimization, and data governance across our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEP configuration, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Web SDK. Collaboration with various teams within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem will be essential for enabling customer data activation and insights.

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Experience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP solutions
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web instrumentation
• Experience with XDM schema design, data modeling, and event-based tracking
• Deep understanding of data layer architecture and governance
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related STEM field

• Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance
• Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams
• Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies to ensure accurate profile stitching and audience qualification
• Develop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection across multi-domain environments
• Develop, troubleshoot and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in Customer Journey Analytics
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies
• Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks
• Define and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards
• Enable audience segmentation and activation, and integrate datasets into Customer Journey Analytics for cross-channel insights
• Implement and manage consent and privacy frameworks, including integration with OneTrust
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
