• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web frontend development, preferably with React-based applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced product environment.
• A deep interest in data visualization and familiarity with charting libraries such as D3.js and Vega-Lite.
• Proven ability to drive technical initiatives that enhance team productivity.
• A strong track record of attracting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Management, Design, and AI Research teams.
