The role is focused on owning the regional Field Engineering enablement strategy for the Americas business unit at Databricks. • 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement with experience in data and AI platforms.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of modern data and AI platforms and depth in one or more Databricks product domains.
• Proven use of AI to build at scale, including automating content creation and building internal tools.
• Demonstrated ability to execute enablement programs at regional scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to partner with BU VPs and FE leadership.

• Own the regional FE enablement strategy for your AMER business unit.
• Execute and regionalize global FE programs to adapt them for your BU's specific sales motion.
• Support product launch readiness for the field by preparing FEs with relevant resources.
