As the Head of Corporate Engineering, you will lead a global enterprise engineering team focused on building and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring enterprise security, and optimizing engineering tools. This role involves collaborating closely with R&D to enhance engineering practices and drive the adoption of tools like Jira and GitHub. You will be responsible for establishing strategies that ensure compliance with industry standards while fostering a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of the organization.

• 10 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure at large enterprises.
• Extensive experience managing public cloud implementations in AWS, with knowledge of GCP and Azure as a plus.
• In-depth understanding of cloud-native technologies and hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues.
• Experience managing DevOps/SRE practices and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading remote, distributed teams.

• Work closely with the Enterprise Security organization to secure cloud environments and collaboration tools.
• Establish and implement enterprise cloud infrastructure, including Infrastructure Provisioning and SRE services.
• Partner with R&D teams to manage and optimize engineering tools like GitHub and Jira.
• Enable automation for endpoint management and ensure compliance across all devices.
• Manage the IAM team to enforce access standards and compliance with various regulations.
