In this role, you will implement advanced ArcGIS deployments and troubleshoot technical issues while optimizing performance. You will work within a cross-functional team that supports Defense and Intel clients, delivering impactful web and mobile applications. The position is part of Esri's Professional Services division, which focuses on consulting and implementation for high-profile clients. You will also engage with customers to align their technical objectives with Esri's technology platform.

• 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities
• Experience designing, implementing and/or administrating enterprise ArcGIS or other comparable IT systems
• Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, PowerShell, Javascript, or C#
• Familiarity with network concepts and topics such as domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, and load-balancing
• Experience with at least one RDBMS, including SQL query writing
• US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or STEM related field

• Deploy and configure ArcGIS in various environments to meet customer service level agreements
• Plan and execute the migration of content between ArcGIS deployments
• Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments and provide guidance for platform components
• Work closely with customers to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform
• Collaborate internally to align customer organizations' technical objectives with Esri's technology platform
