Job description
This role at Databricks focuses on driving a multi-year Procure-to-Pay transformation within the Procurement team. Requirements
- 4β8 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, or operations roles within P2P, procurement, or finance.
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL and Python, workflow and integration tooling, and dashboarding/BI.
- Working knowledge of P2P systems and data, including ERP and procurement platforms.
- Experience operating within a data governance framework with certified data sources and quality standards.
- Fluency in change management with a track record of driving adoption of new tools or processes.
Responsibilities
- Own designated P2P sub-processes end to end, including process mapping and redesign.
- Translate pain points into structured requirements and solution designs.
- Design, deploy, and scale automations directly within business workflows.
- Operate on a ship-measure-iterate cadence to release minimum viable automations.
- Build and maintain P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics for transformation reporting.
- Own user adoption by designing training and enablement for affected staff.
- Run the intake and backlog for automation and data requests across Procurement.
- Partner closely with Procurement operations and other stakeholders to ensure coherent automation work.
