Job description

Requirements

- Strong communication skills to explain and evangelize Data Security to senior leaders.
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a long-term north-star vision for Authentication.
- Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale security infrastructure.
- Act as the voice of Security Engineering across the organization.
- Drive data-driven decisions at the executive level.
- Present Databricks' security innovations at major academic and industry conferences.
