Candidates will be responsible for recruiting and mentoring engineering talent while acting as the voice of Security Engineering across the organization. • 10+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas with expertise in Authentication, Network Security, and more.
• 15+ years of experience building large scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Leadership skills and experience to lead across functional and organizational lines.
• Strong communication skills to explain and evangelize Data Security to senior leaders.
• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.

• Craft and execute a long-term north-star vision for Authentication.
• Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale security infrastructure.
