Job description
The Security Field Engineering team at Databricks is focused on helping customers understand the security of the Databricks platform and addressing questions during security reviews. Requirements
- 7+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sales experience.
- Strong understanding of complex security principles and architectures.
- Real-world experience in multiple security domains such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, network security, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with scripting or programming.
- Understanding of the Databricks platform is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a security expert for field teams and customers.
- Create scalable slides, white papers, and other customer-facing content.
- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with product management to improve products.
- Contribute to internal services and automation for field staff and customers.
- Engage in customer interactions to address security and compliance questions.
