This role involves overseeing a team of engineers to develop a scalable learning platform that integrates AI for content generation and tutoring. You will define the technical and product strategy while ensuring high-quality execution and collaboration across various departments. Your leadership will be crucial in driving product-led growth and enhancing the learning experience for users.

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including 2+ years managing other managers.
• A Staff engineer caliber IC background with full-stack experience.
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams from 10 to 30+ engineers.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed, customer-facing systems, ideally in a SaaS environment.

• Define and drive the technical and product strategy for the Learning initiative.
• Own the roadmap, execution, and delivery of the learning platform.
• Establish team best practices for design reviews, code quality, testing, and performance.
• Partner closely with R&D, Learning & Enablement, Marketing, and Field Engineering to align product goals.
• Lead a team of engineers to build a scalable learning platform for millions of users.
