The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will join a dynamic team focused on developing a GenAI observability and quality product. This role involves both front-end and back-end development, allowing the engineer to leverage their product sense and UI/UX design expertise. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and a passion for improving the quality of GenAI systems.

• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember.
• 5+ years of experience with server-side web technologies including Java, Python, Scala, or Go.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Architect, design, and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support the application.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of best practices in UI/UX and back-end development.
• Contribute to product strategy by offering insights based on technical feasibility and user experience considerations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring reliability and performance through rigorous testing.
• Continuously monitor and optimize performance for both front-end and back-end components.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
