• 9+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas with expertise in two or more specific security domains.
• 15+ years of experience building large scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Strong leadership skills to lead across functional and organizational lines.
• Excellent communication skills to explain and promote Data Security to senior leaders.
• A bias to action and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
