This position involves leading planning, execution, and coordination across engineering teams to deliver high-performance GPU drivers and the Metal framework. The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams to define and coordinate the release of next-generation GPU and graphics features. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

  • 5+ years of program management experience in software, hardware, or systems engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of managing complex, cross-functional software projects.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience leading graphics/compute API and GPU driver feature development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the feature release lifecycle from initial concept through software launch.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to translate consumer feature requests into technical milestones.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and efficiency across the entire software stack.
  • Foster strong relationships and build trust across teams.

Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
