Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas with expertise in Cryptography, Kubernetes Security, Web Security, and more.
- 15+ years of experience building large scale distributed systems with high availability.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead across functional and organizational lines.
- Strong communication skills to explain Data Security concepts to senior leaders.
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Identify and address key gaps in Databricks' infrastructure and services to enhance customer safety.
