The role is for an experienced pre-sales professional focused on helping large enterprises adopt data-driven strategies using Databricks' products. Working closely with the Enterprise Account Executive, the Enterprise Solutions Architect will define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts, particularly in the High Tech and Manufacturing sectors. The position requires a strong background in value selling and technical leadership, as well as an understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. The goal is to drive deeper adoption of Databricks solutions and foster technical champions within client organizations.

• Proficiency in establishing and leading virtual teams to success.
• Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Strong presentation skills to convey a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Databricks Certification is a plus.
