We are looking for a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to enhance and scale our Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementation. This role emphasizes data collection architecture, platform optimization, and data governance within our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEP configuration, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Web SDK. Collaboration with various teams across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem is essential to enable effective customer data activation and insights.

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP solutions.
• Experience working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web instrumentation.
• Experience with XDM schema design, data modeling, and event-based tracking.
• Deep understanding of data layer architecture and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related STEM field.

• Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.
• Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK and Edge Network.
• Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies.
• Develop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in CJA.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion and identity discrepancies.
• Implement data quality frameworks and validation processes.
• Define and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards.
• Enable audience segmentation and activation for cross-channel insights.
• Implement and manage consent and privacy frameworks, including integration with OneTrust.
