As an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will serve as a technical expert in ML and AI, guiding customers in architecting production-grade applications on the Databricks platform. You will work closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to align customer roadmaps with the evolving Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. This role emphasizes mentorship and the application of cutting-edge technologies in GenAI and MLOps. The position is remote and requires a passion for collaboration and driving business value through AI.

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience as either an ML Engineer or AI Engineer.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience communicating and teaching technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for collaboration and life-long learning in the field of ML and AI.
• Preferred 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.

• Architect production-level ML and AI workloads for customers using the unified Databricks platform.
• Serve as a trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures and agentic systems.
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads while applying best-in-class MLOps.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale process.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
