You will work closely with Account Executives to develop customer engagement strategies and coach junior team members. The position emphasizes building relationships with stakeholders and influencing decision-makers to drive customer success. Additionally, you will contribute to the technical community by creating customer-facing materials and leading workshops.

• 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience in complex customer interactions and the sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by developing relationships.
• Prior experience with coding in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s) in your designated territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications.
• Act as a champion for both customers and colleagues, serving as an expert solution architect.
• Contribute to Databricks' technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Pursue development opportunities in technical specialization, industry vertical thought leadership, strategic customer vision, and people management.
