The role is for an experienced pre-sales professional focused on helping large enterprises in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors become more data-driven. Working alongside the Enterprise Account Executive, the Enterprise Solutions Architect will define and implement technical strategies to drive the adoption of Databricks' products. The position requires a strong background in value selling and technical account management, as well as an understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. The ideal candidate will also mentor team members and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Proficiency in establishing and leading virtual teams to success.
• Experience with large global accounts generating over $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Strong presentation skills to convey a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
• Technical knowledge in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Databricks Certification is a plus.
