The position involves driving strategy and execution across teams dedicated to Query Observability, SQL Warehouse Management, and Account-Level Observability and Governance. The leader will establish long-term technical direction and architecture while mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality software practices. This is a pivotal role that aims to enhance user experiences and system insights across various levels of the platform.

• 12+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems, observability or governance platforms, databases, or backend infrastructure.
• A proven track record as a technical leader in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, and systems design.
• Experience with observability and telemetry pipelines, query engines, distributed tracing, data governance, or large-scale logging systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to align engineering, product, and infrastructure partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Establish the long-term technical direction across query observability, warehouse management, and account-level governance.
• Design and lead high-impact projects that improve performance, reliability, and cost transparency for customers.
• Build next-generation observability and governance experiences for users and automated agents.
