As the technical anchor of the People Tech pod, you will drive the shift towards AI-native solutions, leveraging the data and AI platform Databricks offers. This position requires a strong technical lead to influence architectural decisions and mentor engineers in AI-first thinking. It presents a unique opportunity to reimagine enterprise HR processes using advanced technologies.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building production LLM or agentic applications.
• Deep fluency in Python and experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Strong command of enterprise integration patterns including REST/GraphQL APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with data platforms like Databricks or Spark and building AI applications on lakehouse or warehouse architectures.
• Proven track record as a technical lead, driving architectural decisions and raising the quality bar across a team.

• Architect and build agentic systems that automate and augment People Tech workflows.
• Define the agentic platform strategy for the pod, including agent design patterns and evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate People Tech systems as agent-accessible tools and data sources via Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Set the technical bar for the pod by reviewing designs and establishing engineering standards.
• Influence peers and stakeholders by translating agentic capability into business outcomes and mentoring engineers.
