The Applied AI team at Databricks is seeking multiple GenAI Engineers to enhance their GenAI-powered products. This role involves driving the development and deployment of advanced AI models and systems that improve the performance of Databricks' offerings. The team focuses on challenges such as code suggestion, error detection, and text-to-sql generation. Candidates will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

• 2-8 years of machine learning engineering experience in high-velocity companies or relevant ML research in academia.
• Strong track record of working with language modeling technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scalable ML architectures.
• Ability to drive end-to-end model development from research to deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for improving AI-driven user experiences.
