• 6+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sales experience in explaining complex concepts.
• Strong understanding of complex security principles and architectures.
• Real-world experience in multiple security domains such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, network security, and identity management.
• Experience with scripting or programming and a willingness to leverage AI for scaling impact.
• Familiarity with the Databricks platform is a strong plus.

• Act as a security expert to assist field teams and customers with architectures and compliance concerns.
• Create scalable slides, white papers, and other customer-facing content.
• Identify customer pain points and collaborate with product management to enhance products and messaging.
• Contribute to internal services and automation to improve efficiency for field staff and customers.
• Engage with customers to provide direct support and enablement.
