• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, or similar IGA platforms.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration concepts and best practices.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Professional certifications in Identity & Access Management, such as CISSP or CISM, are preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services IAM governance and regulatory controls.

• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configure rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom rules, and third-party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain enterprise Identity & Access Management tools.
• Design and architect IAM solutions and re-engineer processes as needed.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications and execute technical delivery.
