The Cyber - Digital Identity SME - Manager role at EY focuses on helping clients modernize their enterprise identity environments, particularly with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This position is part of the Cybersecurity team, where the manager will lead complex identity programs while ensuring quality and clarity in delivery. The role requires a blend of hands-on identity expertise and client advisory skills, aimed at supporting Zero Trust transformations. The manager will also guide teams and foster strong client relationships to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Experience delivering identity and access management or directory services programs, with hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with directory design, migration planning, group policy, DNS, replication, hybrid identity, single sign-on and authentication controls.
• Familiarity with identity security capabilities such as conditional access, multifactor authentication, privileged identity management, access reviews and identity governance.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

• Plan and lead Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID modernization engagements, including upgrades, migrations, consolidations and hybrid identity programs.
• Translate business, security and regulatory needs into practical identity architecture, migration approaches, governance models and operating practices.
• Guide delivery teams across workstreams, timelines, risks, technical decisions and stakeholder communications.
• Advise clients on identity controls such as multifactor authentication, conditional access, privileged access, identity governance and monitoring.
• Support proposals, client discussions and the development of reusable assets that help EY teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
