Qualcomm is seeking a highly motivated IT Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft infrastructure technologies to support and enhance secure enterprise environments for government missions. The role involves implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing core Microsoft technologies while ensuring compliance with security standards. Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in complex enterprise environments and possess a U.S. Top Secret security clearance. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in regulated environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting on-premises Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Experience troubleshooting server and enterprise infrastructure issues in production environments.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and ability to maintain that clearance throughout employment.
• U.S. citizenship and capability of working with sensitive and classified information.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows services.
• Administer and support Active Directory services including user and group management.
• Manage and maintain enterprise DNS and DHCP infrastructure.
• Support and administer file and print services, including permissions and access controls.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical diagrams.
