• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools.

• Coordinate with internal customers on complex hardware programs to identify and meet demand.
• Track and communicate program status updates and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
• Prepare core meetings under guidance of Hardware Program Managers and document key discussion points.
• Contribute to and update project plans to support SOC programs, managing priorities and timelines.
• Track the progress and execution of SOC chip deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle and communicate them to the Hardware Program Manager.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data and program metrics using advanced tools.
• Maintain and update databases using advanced aspects of data management tools.
• Synthesize moderately complex data into a summary of key trends and present results to stakeholders.
