Job description
GEICO is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Unified Communications Service Engineering team, focusing on the development of AI-powered products. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of core consumer experiences that leverage AI, particularly large language models. The team aims to transform customer communication touchpoints into a world-class service for over 80 million customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in building scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering or applied machine learning experience.
- 1+ years of experience working with Generative AI or LLM-based systems in production.
- Strong experience with Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
- Proven track record building scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Ability to work deeply with engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
