• Proven management experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
• Strong background in delivering digital products at scale
• Fluency with at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java
• Strong Cloud platform knowledge including AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in project management tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

• Lead execution of a technical roadmap to increase product delivery velocity
• Innovate and build new engineering solutions while enhancing existing ones
• Drive efficient test automation and improve application performance
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff to foster a high-performance culture
