• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience or 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 8+ years of experience with architecture and design.
• 6+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

• Provide technical and thought leadership to the enterprise.
• Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve highly complex problems.
• Utilize programming languages and databases such as .NET, Python, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Hold accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions.
• Influence and build vision with product managers and other teams to solve complex problems.
• Act as a role model and mentor engineers to strengthen technical expertise.
• Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
• Analyze cost and forecast to incorporate into business plans.
• Determine and support resource requirements and evaluate operational processes.
