Job description

Requirements
- Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience with programming proficiency in C# and commercial optimization and constraint programming job shop scheduling packages.
- Experience with database management systems including SQL Server.
- Foundation in Operations Research methodologies, Linear Programming, Integer Programming, and Constraint Programming techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design and apply advanced engineering and mathematical models to solve complex operational challenges.
- Identify and analyze problems related to factory performance, production loading, and equipment optimization.
- Develop, validate, and deploy mathematically-based decision algorithms and optimization models.
- Collaborate with business units to define strategic and tactical requirements.
