The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position that serves as a bridge between business users and technologists, focusing on enhancing business performance through effective communication and collaboration with the Technology team. The analyst will supervise staff management issues and ensure compliance with regulations while assessing risks associated with business decisions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to meet organizational objectives.

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience within the Credit Cards, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, data analysis, and solution design.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience supporting projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools and solutions is considered an asset.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

• Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives.
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options.
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with management teams to meet objectives.
• Evaluate new IT developments and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements.
• Provide in-depth analyses to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
• Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and mentoring.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
