• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer or a Master's degree with three years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing full stack Java Restful services and multi-threaded applications using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Node.js, JavaScript, and Angular.js.
• Proficiency in database development, crafting complex SQL queries, and optimizing data operations using Oracle PL, SQL, and MySQL.

• Participate in architecture design teams and define application-level architecture.
• Develop applications on complex projects and recommend development testing tools and methodologies.
• Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables and develop comprehensive documentation for applications.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects and meet project goals on time and on budget.
• Advise on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects and coordinate project schedules.
• Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve project and technology issues.
