• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Director, Software Engineering.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and four years of experience as a Director, Software Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in building highly available, scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in developing financial services applications for investment analytics and wealth management.

• Lead architecture design for analytics capabilities and cloud-native application development.
• Develop complex enterprise applications, components, and subsystems across multiple cloud platforms.
• Oversee technical implementation of cross-divisional architectural components and cloud migration initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and supervision to multiple development teams on organization-wide projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical resources to produce strategic cloud-based designs.
• Champion deployment of major project deliverables and ensure QA readiness of software solutions.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex cloud projects across multiple platforms and environments.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, assignments, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Advise senior management on technical strategy, cloud adoption, and technology roadmap planning.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
