• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in the same role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Object-Oriented Design and developing multi-threaded applications using Java, Spring, and related technologies.
• Experience with web application development using Angular, HTML, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GIT.

• Participate in architecture design teams and define application-level architecture.
• Develop applications on complex projects and components for the division.
• Recommend development testing tools and validate test plans.
• Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
• Advise on risk assessment and management strategies for projects.
• Plan and coordinate complex project schedules and assignments.
• Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve project and technology issues.
• Provide technology solutions to daily issues and evaluate technology initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and perform complex technical analysis for multiple projects.
