• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Cloud Engineer.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience as a Principal Cloud Engineer.
• Expertise in designing and developing cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, EC2, and API Gateway.
• Knowledge of building and integrating data platforms using AWS Glue, Lake Formation, and Snowflake.

• Participate in architecture design teams.
• Define and implement application-level architecture.
• Develop applications on complex projects, components, and subsystems.
• Recommend development testing tools and methodologies.
• Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications or subsystems.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
• Advise on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules and assignments for multiple projects.
• Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve various project and technology issues.
