• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Director, Software Engineering in the financial sector.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and four years of experience in the same role.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing production support for real-time trading applications.
• Experience with Datadog, Splunk, ITSM, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL and SQL, Control M, UNIX shell, and SQL queries.

• Prioritize backlog based on business objectives and value.
• Translate and incorporate business vision and strategy into architectural recommendations.
• Participate in high-level architecture design teams.
• Consult on development and delivery of major technology initiatives.
• Oversee the technical implementation of architectural components.
• Initiate and drive project discussions to resolve issues.
• Set vision, goals, and direction for the team.
• Provide leadership and technical supervision to multiple teams.
