As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on the PCIe and Signal Integrity team at AWS, you will lead the engineering of server hardware and software, focusing on developing and improving PCIe components. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and technical program managers to ensure high standards for safety and security while optimizing manufacturing processes. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and innovation in high-volume manufacturing environments. You will also analyze failure data and drive improvements in test effectiveness and production yields.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in high-volume manufacturing operations with international manufacturers.
• 6+ years of manufacturing engineering work with server platforms or complex electromechanical hardware.
• 3+ years of end-to-end NPI participation from concept/design through mass production ramp.
• Demonstrated expertise in failure analysis and statistical process control.
• Hands-on proficiency with lab equipment and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

• Develop, deploy, qualify, and continuously improve PCIe components with vendors and manufacturing sites.
• Perform firmware readiness reviews, risk assessments, and test and fixture design.
• Conduct PCIe component and subsystem debug and root-cause failure analysis.
• Create runbooks and train technicians and operators on processes.
• Analyze failure data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Lead campaigns for PCIe hardware, firmware, and system yield improvements.
