Job description

The Staff ML Engineer for Search Ads Auto-Bidding at Google will work on developing machine learning models that predict user interactions with Search Ads. This role is crucial for optimizing advertisers' bids and improving satisfaction and ROI for users. The engineer will collaborate with a team focused on enhancing Google's advertising products using advanced AI and ML techniques. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experience with deep learning, transformers, or large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience with machine learning model training and inference performance.
  • Proficiency in programming in Python or C++.

Responsibilities
