Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- 5 years of experience in developing developer tools, automation frameworks, testing infrastructure, or CI/CD and release systems.
- 3 years of experience with software design, development, and architecture.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques to software engineering problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deploy, maintain, and enhance complex software solutions that improve developer workflow and code quality.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of projects, making key architectural and technical decisions.
- Define and track metrics to measure the impact of tools and process improvements on developer productivity.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features into developer tools to assist with various software engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and drive the adoption of new tools and best practices.
