• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
• 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Develop AI/ML systems from scratch for the data platform.
• Process exabytes of data at planetary speed and make it available for search within 30 minutes.
• Augment customer data with relevant context to enable effective incident triage.
• Provide customers with data management capabilities such as removal and archival.
• Drive the roadmap and execution of data intelligence indexing and enrichment projects.
