The Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) at Databricks is a hybrid role that combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive customer success and platform adoption. This position involves collaboration with sales and engineering teams to enhance the value customers derive from the Databricks platform. The DSA will serve as the technical lead for post-sale engagements, ensuring effective onboarding and usage of Databricks workloads. Reporting to a DSA Manager, the role requires strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the domain of Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the use case demand plan for prioritized customers.
• Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple teams.
• Be the first contact for technical issues or questions related to production status of use cases.
• Create and execute a plan for accelerating key use cases into production.
