• 10+ years of software or data engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale data platforms or enterprise software systems in a production environment.
• Strong software and data engineering fundamentals with the ability to engage in architectural discussions.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI tooling, LLM integration, or AI prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in marketing technology or campaign management systems at scale.
• Experience with large-scale analytics platforms and modern data stack technologies.
• Deep understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in data systems.
• Experience building or scaling forward-deployed engineering teams.
