• Must have 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce.com, including hands-on experience with configuration and customizations.
• Must have 3 years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM end-to-end implementations.
• Must have 3 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions.
• Must have 3 years of experience configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflows.
• Must have 3 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems.
• Must have 3 years of experience working with relational database concepts.
• Must have 3 years of experience working as a technology consultant for a professional services firm.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain the Salesforce Administration Certification within one year of hire.

• Provide clients with a unique business perspective on the need for continuing innovation.
• Drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations through all project phases.
• Manage client projects to ensure they are delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Develop and integrate user interfaces across diverse platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet.

• Oversee the configuration and development in collaboration with the project manager and technical architect.
