- Proven experience with Cadence Palladium or equivalent emulation platforms
- Strong debugging skills with experience in system-level and IP-level debug
- Experience with emulation compile flows, including synthesis for emulation
- Proficiency in debug tools and methodologies such as waveform analysis
- Solid understanding of RTL design concepts and SoC architectures
- Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts in Python, Tcl, Perl, or Shell
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Wireless SoC applications is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD integration
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Palladium emulation environments, including compile flows and memory modeling.
- Perform system-level debug and root cause analysis of complex hardware issues.
- Conduct IP-level debug and validation in collaboration with IP owners.
- Develop and implement automation aids, flows, and scripts to improve emulation efficiency.
- Profile and optimize performance of emulation models to maximize execution speed.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups to ensure emulation deliverables meet program milestones.
