This role involves collaborating with design engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in system functionality. The engineer will leverage data-driven insights to identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring high technical reliability. • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• 5+ years of equivalent experience in systems engineering
• Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions
• Experience troubleshooting issues and conducting root cause analysis
• Experience in robotics design, automation systems development, or control systems design

• Investigate drone system performance for anomalies and deliver solutions to operations and maintenance team escalations.
• Lead cross-functional system investigations with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to optimize drone system performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to establish benchmark standards.
• Deliver measurable system behavior improvements based on data analysis that impacts customer experience.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and operational partners.
