The Intelligence Lead Analyst role is a senior-level position focused on enhancing link analysis frameworks and developing in-house solutions for automating intelligence collection. This position is part of the Citi Security and Investigative Services team, which aims to protect the assets and reputation of Citi and its clients. The role emphasizes mastery of Cyber OSINT and technical innovation, requiring a blend of intelligence analysis and software development skills. The analyst will work on identifying and neutralizing threats within one of the world's largest financial institutions.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree preferred in a related STEM discipline.
• Proficiency in the MITRE ATT&CK framework and hands-on experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms.
• Experience with scripting and automation languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Advanced OSINT tradecraft skills including dark web monitoring and digital footprint analysis.

• Fulfill cyber OSINT requests by applying advanced analysis tools and techniques.
• Proactively anticipate gaps in intelligence posture and develop innovative solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain in-house solutions for collecting and analyzing open source data.
• Automate intelligence collection capabilities using existing frameworks.
• Engage in liaison activities with various stakeholders including law enforcement and industry partners.
